I downloaded a customizable them on the PSN and it has several pictures for the background, but they keep on changing while I just want it to stay on one. I can find the picture I want by constantly going to the “Theme” section and pressing apply on the theme, but it will change to a different picture once I turn the PS3 off or play a game (I guess it’s made to change the picture after a while). Oh, I also tried going to the “Wallpaper” section, but all the theme pictures are under the same theme selection. Is there a way to keep it on one pic?

No bro I definitetly had your problem before. Your best option would be to find the pic somewhere else and apply it as your background.

You can not make a theme with multiple pictures stay on one picture. Here are your options:
You can save the picture you want to your PS3 and use it as a wallpaper (you can use wallpapers with themes).
You can make your own theme that only uses the one picture, instead of multiple.
If you are not comfortable with making your own themes, then you need to get the picture from the theme and save it as a wallpaper.
If the theme was downloaded from the Internet, then download the theme to your computer, and use a p3textractor to extract the files. Here is the p3textractor I use ( p3textractor.googlecode.com/files/p3textractor.zip ). Once you have this downloaded, take the p3t file and drag it onto the file named “p3textractor” with the box and blue line in it at the top, this will automatically extract all of the files out of the p3t file. If you want to create a theme file, then use the Sony creator ( http://www.us.playstation.com/Content/PS3NetworkPlatform/Updates/
img/ps3_themes/PS3_Custom_Theme_v101-E.zip ).
If the theme with the picture you like was downloaded from the PSN Store, you will have to find the photo online, as you can not download theme files from the PSN Store onto external media.
